While traveling to St. Louis in 2001, Bourke Harvey noticed a huge crowd of people waiting in line at what he thought was an ice cream shop. He had to stop and see what the big attraction was all about. He had never even heard of frozen custard, but when he first tasted it, he immediately knew that he had just experienced one of "the finer things in life". So fine, in fact, he knew that he had to share his experience.
Bourke attended the Ross Frozen Custard School in Michigan and came back determined to bring the best frozen custard to his hometown of Fort Worth, TX.
